Rebekah Henry (ASCAP) is a composer-educator based in the Philadelphia area. Her musical pieces synthesize minimalist, modernist, romantic, and popular styles. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Messiah College in 2016 with a B.A. in Music Composition, where her major teachers included Elisabeth Stimpert (founding member of Alarm Will Sound), Bruce Yurko, and Richard Roberson. She is currently pursuing graduate studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she studies with Jacob Cooper, Van Stiefel, and Mark Rimple.
Aside from composition, Rebekah also works as a church musician, a piano technician, and a teacher with Pineapple Music Studio. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, making applesauce, and studying foreign languages.
